The success of a business revolves around the customers. You can review all of the standard customer information, such as Name and Address, as well as the Inactive Months, Commission Summary, and Personal/Group Volumes. You can retrieve the customers by name, ID, SSN, phone, or email. The Customer module can group people into different categories. These categories are useful when wanting a list of the retail only customers, distributors, or non-profit groups. You can setup unlimited number of categories in the system to put your customer into. The Customer module has a unique feature incorporated into the system, a Customer Notepad. Use the Notepad to enter a note about the Customer to assist you when dealing with him/her, or possibly a note telling the Order Entry personnel to give the Customer a message the next time he/she places an order. You can have the Notepad pop-up in the Order Entry bu using a Yes/No box in the Distributor Database Account Information screen. You can use the Customer's Account Information screen to make the Customer's notepad automatically pop-up with a Bad Check or Bad Credit notice on the Order Entry screen. You can view a list of people the customer personally sponsored. You can view the commssion history for the customer. This is helpful to customer service for quick and prompt customer service. Good customer service will help keep your customers around and referrals. While in the Customer module, you can enter a customer's banking information for automatic drafts or direct deposits. While in the Customer module, you can view the customer's downline and/or upline.
