We offer a 30-day money back guarantee!

We stand behind our software with the 30-day inspection period. We work with escrow.com to securely hold the money for the 30 days while you inspect the system. Escrow.com charges around $40 for you to have the peace of mind.

You will find a lot of software companies out there making the claim to be the best but if they are the best then why do they not offer a 30-day money back guarantee? I can tell you why! They would not stay in business for long since most of them are out for the initial sale and then they do not care if it doesn't perform.

Many software companies will make up stories about taking clients from other companies because their system is better but if their system is so great then they should put a guarantee on it. Instead they want to get the sale with large initial payments. That is how they stay in business.

Facts about some MLM software providers:

  • Some MLM software providers want a large fee up-front with no guarantees because they are in for the initial sale instead of a long-term relationship. Those same MLM software providers would go bankrupt if they offered a guarantee because only a small percent of their clients like their software.
  • Some MLM software providers will tell stories about how they supposedly are taking over other software provider's clients all of the time. Truth is that most MLM software providers have lost clients to their competition. It's not always because of poor software; sometimes it's a personality conflict and it is best for the long term.
  • Some MLM software providers have a list of references for you to call which is a joke since a common practice is to make deals with some MLM companies for a good reference. Deals include discounts on the initial purchase, free support, free customization, and much more. A lot of times the references do have problems but will never let the other MLM companies know because they don't want to lose their support from their MLM software providers.
  • Some MLM software providers have been started by people that are not software developers but actually had an MLM company that previously failed. They will try to make it sound like their MLM company was very successful, but if it was successful then why is it no longer in business. While they had their business, they learned enough about software development in a cheap database application. When their MLM company failed they decided to try selling the software. Now they're a failed marketing person that is now trying to pass themselves off as a successful MLM software provider.
  • Some MLM software providers will tell you whatever they think you want to hear to get you to purchase their software. It doesn't matter if it is the truth or not.
  • MLM software developed using interpreted languages are typically much slower in execution which is not noticed until an MLM company has a large database. Some of the interpreted languages include software written in VisualBasic, MS Access, COBOL, and Java. To overcome the performance issues, most MLM companies using these types of software packages must purchase large expense servers to handle a large volume of data.
  • Some MLM software providers developed their system using different databases that have performance problems. There is a reason that most ISP and telecom companies use MySQL or Oracle for their databases.
  • Some MLM software providers have written their web stuff in ASP which is another interpreted language with A LOT of performance issues. Again, take a look at most search engines or other LARGE internet companies because they use some form of CGI instead of ASP.
  • Some MLM software providers have made deals with MLM lawyers and consultants to get a commission from every MLM company that they refer. These software providers will try to find issues with your compensation plan or scare you into thinking that you must sign-up with those lawyers or consultants before you start your company. Sometimes those lawyers or consultants will make your compensation plan so complex that making your company a success will be next to impossible.
  • Some MLM software providers say that their software supports Matrix, Binary, Unilevel and other compensation plans. After you purchase the software and try setting up your compensation plan in their software, you will find that their software is very limited on configuration and they will want a lot more money for customization.
  • A lot of startup MLM companies think that their compensation plan is a standard Unilevel, Matrix or other compensation plan because they copied it off of another large MLM company. The fact is that most of those people find out later that their "standard" compensation plan is not standard according to the MLM software provider's compensation plan terms. Again, expensive customization is needed.
  • Beware of support policies. A company that is advertising that they will give cheap or free support will probably not provide support. If you think about it, either they provide the support or they must pay someone to provide the support. Their business cannot survive very long on no money and their typically cannot get good qualified people to do the support for low wages or free.
  • Beware of software update policies. A common practice for years has been to give 1 to 6 months of free software updates for problems in the software. After the time period expires, they will charge you to fix problems in their software. Some MLM software companies have been known to sell the same version for up to 2 years with the same problems in each version so they can collect fees for fixing the problems that your company does not find during the initial warrantee period.
  • Beware of software that is too cheap. If their software is too cheap, they cannot afford to maintain it or enhance it over time. Their software probably has a lot of the basic features but not features that will be needed by your MLM company as it grows.
  • Beware of service providers. Service providers include companies that will do the data processing for you or application service providers that have web-based software. MLM companies have problems with the service providers and want to bring their data in-house but the service provider held their data hostage for the term of the contract. This caused those MLM companies to lose sales or go out of business. Always make sure that you own your data and will have access to it at any time that you wish.
  • Beware of software companies that try to make it sound like they know what their doing just because they are certified by Microsoft or another company. Most of the time, those certifications are because they did certain things that only the certification company required. Those certification companies are not guaranteeing that the MLM software provider will provide a software package to work with your compensation plan or how you want to run your business. Those certifications are to look good for marketing purposes only.
