Question: Why is the price of your system?
Answer: We have full pricing listed on our pricing
page.
Question: What is the typical setup time?
Answer: Typical setup time is a few days to 2 weeks.
Question: Can your system handle our compensation plan?
Answer: We can customize the system to handle all compensation plans
and hybrids.
Question: I have existing customers, sales, and commission
history. Can it be converted into your system automatically or does
all of the information need to be typed in again?
Answer: We can import the data for you. The fee is $250 per import.
Customer, sales, inventory, and commission history would be 4 imports.
Question: Who owns the data that I put into your software?
Answer: You own your data and have access to it at all times!
Question: Who has access to my data?
Answer: You are assigned 1 company login initially. The only other
people that have access to the data are people that you setup additional
logins for and our support people.
Question: If I want my data, how do I get a copy of
it?
Answer: You can download it Under Utilities or login to the FTP server
and download it. We export the data to Comma-delimited ASCII and zip
it each night so you can have a fresh copy of the data and package
as small as possible for a quick download. If your data gets to be
very large, we can send it to you on CD-ROM.
Question: Can I create customized signup, ordering,
and/or member pages?
Answer: Yes, we have documentation for your web site creator or we
can create the custom pages.
